Tabitha Watson
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tabitha trained in Musical Theatre with a view always to move into Artist Management.
In 2012, After working as an Intern in London, she joined Network Management UK as an Agent’s Assistant. Tabitha was promoted to become a full-time Agent shortly after and in 2017 became Agency Director.
In 2020, Tabitha took full ownership and now stands as the Managing Director overseeing and directing the continual growth of the company.
Tabitha is qualified in Business Administration, Digital Marketing and Business Management and Leadership. She lectures in Professional Development as well as hosts industry workshops at various Performing Arts institutes throughout the UK.
Her time away from the arts is spent walking her dogs, eating good food and studying/sipping her second passion, wine! Tabitha is a creator for With Grape, you can follow her wine journey on Instagram @withgrape

Nathaniel Scott-Duxbury
HEAD AGENT
With over 15 years of professional experience, Nathaniel’s career has varied from Musical Theatre, Commercials, Pantomimes, Cruises, European Tours and TV, from first cast, covers to his favourite role to play, Swing!
Credits Include: Starlight Express (Live Arena), We Will Rock You (European Tour), Dirty Dancing (Secret Cinema) Magic To Do (Stephen Schwartz, Princess Cruises), Dancer/Model for BBC 1/2, CBBC, ITV, Channel 4, Britain’s Got Talent Live Finals and the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony.
Nathaniel’s goal has always been to transition into Artist Management following his performing career. After 5 successful years being represented by Tabitha, he decided who better to make the transition over into Agenting with! He joined the company in 2021 and now works closely alongside Tabitha as Head Agent managing the clients.
Outside of his work with Network Management UK, Nathaniel is a qualified Level 3 personal trainer and so along with being in the gym, he loves to travel, learn about different cultures and soak up the sunshine!

Lauren Mclean
AGENT
After training in Musical Theatre, Lauren’s passion for the industry led her to explore it from multiple perspectives. Having first gained experience helping to run a successful dance school franchise, she later moved to London to pursue a career within the world of Musical Theatre.
Since then, Lauren has worked at two talent agencies representing performers, progressing from intern to assistant and ultimately to Agent. Alongside this, she gained valuable experience supporting casting teams on major theatre productions. These opportunities have given her a well-rounded understanding of the industry and enabled her to build strong relationships across performance, casting, and talent representation.
Lauren is delighted to be part of the Network team and looks forward to continuing to support and champion talented performers!
Nicholas Alban
AGENT
Nicholas Alban is an Associate Agent of Network Management UK through their collaborative program Network Access with Cutting Edge Theatre. Based in Edinburgh, he trained at the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama in London before returning to Scotland. Here he also began to work as a Facilitator with various schools, youth theatres and theatre companies. More recently, as an Associate Artist with Cutting Edge Theatre, Nicholas has focused on inclusive training for those who identify as disabled, learning disabled or autistic – working towards making the performing arts an industry that everyone can access. This collaboration with Network Access will allow him to continue his goal of building pathways into professional acting for everyone.
Susan McAuley
Finance Manager
Susan has worked in finance for over 30 years, mainly in Third Sector organisations, and joined the Network Management UK team in January 2020. She works closely alongside Tabitha and her team managing clients’ finances along with the financial responsibilities of the business.
Alongside her work with Network Management UK, Susan is an enthusiastic volunteer at two local charities and loves reading, music, traveling, theatre and walking!
