Network Artist Management (NAM) and Cutting Edge Theatre (CET) are proud to announce their collaboration on NETWORK ACCESS – a new client division dedicated to representing disabled Actors in Scotland across the arts industry.
This partnership brings together NAM’s experience as a leading Theatrical Agency representing professional performers throughout the arts sector and Cutting Edge Theatre’s award-winning work with and for disabled people in Scotland. United by a shared belief that disabled people should have equal access to the Performing Arts and screen industry as audiences, participants and professionals, the two organisations are committed to driving meaningful change, specifically in Scotland.

With Cutting Edge Theatre’s expanding programme of drama training across Edinburgh, Fife and Aberdeen, the development of Network Access marks a natural and timely progression of their professional pathway for disabled artists. NAM and CET have enjoyed a longstanding relationship, strengthened further in 2025 when NAM began representing Abigail Brydon, a CET Associate Artist living with Down’s Syndrome.
Together, both organisations aim to ensure that disabled artists feel supported, empowered and authentically represented. Through Network Access, NAM and CET will work to foster a more diverse and inclusive cultural landscape in Scotland, one where stage and screen reflect the richness of the communities they serve.’
Those who are Learning Disabled, Disabled and/or Autistic are most underrepresented within the arts in Scotland. Due to this, our NETWORK ACCESS division will be open only to those who fall into these underrepresented groups and are based in Scotland.
