Meet the team

Tabitha trained in Musical Theatre with a view always to move into Artist Management.

In 2012, After working as an Intern in London, she joined Network Artist Management (then MGA Management) as an Agent’s Assistant. Tabitha was promoted to become a full-time Agent shortly after and in 2017 became Agency Director.

In 2020, when MGA Management became Network Artist Management, Tabitha took full ownership and now stands as the Head Agent and Managing Director overseeing and directing the continual growth of the company.

Tabitha is qualified in Business Administration, Digital Marketing and Business Management and Leadership. She lectures in Professional Development as well as hosts industry workshops at various Performing Arts institutes throughout the UK.

Her time away from the arts is spent walking her dogs, eating good food and studying/sipping her second passion, wine! Tabitha is a wine consultant and advisor for With Grape, you can follow her wine journey on Instagram @withgrape

With over 13 years of professional experience, Nathaniel’s career has varied from Musical Theatre, Commercials, Pantomimes, Cruises, European Tours and TV, from first cast, covers to his favourite role to play, Swing!

Credits Include: Starlight Express (Live Arena), We Will Rock You (European Tour), Magic To Do (Stephen Schwartz, Princess Cruises), Dancer/Model for BBC 1/2, CBBC, ITV, Channel 4, Britain’s Got Talent Live Finals and the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony.

Nathaniel’s goal has always been to transition into Artist Management following his performing career. After 5 successful years being represented by Tabitha, he decided who better to make the transition over into Agenting with! He joined the company in 2021 and now works closely alongside Tabitha managing the clients.

Outside of his work with Network Artist Management, Nathaniel is a qualified Level 3 personal trainer and so along with being in the gym, he loves to travel, learn about different cultures and soak up the sunshine!

Susan has worked in finance for over 30 years, mainly in Third Sector organisations, and joined the Network Artist Management team in January 2020. She works closely alongside Tabitha and her team managing clients’ finances along with the financial responsibilities of the business.

Alongside her work with Network Artist Management, Susan is an enthusiastic volunteer at two local charities and loves reading, music, traveling, theatre and walking!
